December 22, 2023 - Excellent
From 375ml. Very Chablis, mineral, wet stone, seashell, barely ripe stone fruit and citrus zest, nervy. Shows some reduction and would have gotten better with air, but PnP with roasted cauliflower and hazelnut salad (inc. celery, pomegranate arils). No hurry here even with the small format.

-med+ acidity, med/med- weight yet sappy glycerine intense ripe sweet pear lemon grapefruit stony mineral finish

December 26, 2022 - First of six, and so glad I have more, as this was a juicy, mineral delight. Oyster juice seasoned with lemon, crisp and chalky, something richer and orchard-fruity, then a grippy, precise finish.
