July 25, 2012 - Consistant from last year. Clean, well-balanced and unique. Would like to revisit this in more recent years.

November 25, 2011 - Drank Thanksgiving, 2011. Not as fresh as the last couple btls, but I haven't visited this wine in about 3 years. I still appreciated the leaness and taughtness of the wine compared to many of the thick and waxy white Graves out there. Was sl oxidized, but blew off in about 30 minutes. I have one left and there would be no reason to hang on to it.

October 27, 2010 - Rich, viscous wine. Brilliant waxy & floral aromas and a streak of pipi. Loaded with grapefruit, honey, and chalky flavors. Racy with great tension. Savory finish lasts 20+ secs. Reminded me of a Leflaive bourgogne or to stay closer to the variety, a poor man's version of SHL.

December 18, 2009 - Nose of stone fruit, minerals, and floral notes. Palate of key lime pie, lemon, and creamy butter. Plenty of woodsy oak. Moderate-to-high acidity. Very interesting wine. Good value.

August 12, 2009 - C'est dommage, c'est déjà fini. Et ca faisait que s'améliorer de bouteille en bouteille. C'est juste trop bon doisy daene sec. Ca me fait vraiment tripper. Y'a le profil sauvignon text book, avec le bois en filigrane, superbement intégré, un côté minéral et une réelle tension fournie par l'acidité. Ca tire...

July 4, 2009 - A second bottle yesterday showed oxidation. Some lemon notes apparent on the nose followed by mushroomy/oxidative aromas. Oak was still creamy, palate was not horribly offensive but the wine was shallow and clipped on the finish, nothing like the first bottle.

July 2, 2009 - Fine golden color. Intense nose of beeswax, lemon zest, and honey. On the palate, very tight and green when first opened with some fruit on the palate and a racy finish. With 2+hrs of air time the fruit fleshed out on the palate and more creamy oak notes emerged. There is still a persistent hard green acid note on the finish but I find that adding to the racy seductiveness of the wine. I wish I had a nice piece of salmon to go with it! Drink over the next 5 years.
