August 12, 2023 - Decent bottle. Not overly complex but good flavor for $18.

September 25, 2022 - This is the second level of Chateau Gloria and falls a little short of expectations. Not a bad wine, but it lacked depth and complexity that Chateau Gloria has. $18 is about right for this wine. Not a bargain, priced appropriately.

August 8, 2021 - Boring, flat, unexciting. Just a dead wine

    September 16, 2020 - 3rd wine of Gloria,

after it warmed and opened about 1.5hr, that mincemeat on nose you know it's ready, the palate so effusive bright ,super racy, all class, potpourri, cedar, crushed black fruits, the palate is bright young, but tannic finish, enigmatic vitality, I just got the earthy cedar warm palate thing too, I need more weight however, this is super pretty, fine, viral, still rounding out, fine, classy, classic, stiff, cedar, better next year...this is a racy 3rd wine from left bank...the scores below seem fair imagine it was even tighter in the past...

open and juicy day 2,cedar,cocoa for sure,a bit sticky licorice, silky, cool blackfruit, tasty, there's no greeness despite it's cut & soft weight kinda astounding,im getting milk chocolate on nose too, I can think of many better for a few more dollars,it's a pass, too strict

May 24, 2020 - Delicious, started out somewhat light and delicate initially, but really opened up on the 2nd evening, becoming more complex and fuller on the palette.

March 9, 2019 - For $12, an amazing wine, though some bottles is not consistent, I had one bottle good only for cooking and almost returned my other bottles . The first day pop and pour, dark purple color, black fruit, subtle berry aroma, delicious mid palate black berry sweetness with hints of tobacco, dry tannin and long after taste, causing my mouth salivating for more. Great with any food or just alone, very delicious. Second day, better in smaller glass to get the same effect with a little more acidity. It's so delicious and balanced, it's hard not to drink the whole bottle on the first day. I bought it four times to accumulate into 4 cases.
