  Servi frais, on pourrait croire un Chablis bien mûr et bien élevé ou nouvelle vague si on peut dire. Au réchauffement c’est un peu trop mûr et ça perd en buvabilité. Au delà je suis bien embêté pour parler de ce vin, il n’y a rien qui me vienne, pas d’inspiration, non que ça me déplaise mais on ne peut pas dire non plus que ça m’emballe. Au final pas d’émotion et même si c’est bien fait pour le prix c’est assez rédhibitoire.

  February 23, 2021 - Noooooo... The oak! The oak! (to paraphrase Kurtz). I've been a Broc fan and loyalist for years, and I've enjoyed bottles of this in the past, but this just stuck me as horribly oaky and out of balance. I don't know enough to know if they changed the wood treatment in 2017 or if this is due to changes in my palate, but I'm off it and rethinking my wine club status.

  November 15, 2020 - Clean, pure, bright, intense. Not blowsy or oaky, more like a ripe Chablis.
