April 22, 2020 - I would endorse what may others have said already that the Poggio al Sole represents wonderful QPR. It's drinking beautifully right out of the gate, lovely aromas of sour cherry, violet and some leather, silky tannins, some spice and works beautifully with food. A wonderful representation of Sangiovese and the sheer quality of fruit from the vintage . Decant prior to dinner advised.

November 26, 2019 - Nice bottle for the price. Bright, floral, earthy, rustic. Paired well with homemade chicken parm & slow cooked gravy.
