  April 21, 2024 - Burgundy style, with forward silky tannins balanced with controlled but nicely present raspberry/pomegranate fruit and earth/mineral/black tea notes. Delicious.

  January 20, 2024 - Very savory, deep, funky, rustic. I don't find this simple at all. Not sure it was at peak, but it was very good.

  September 15, 2023 - One hour double decant. Very very deep, slightly hazy magenta color. Pomegranate, fresh blackberry, terra cota, cinnamon tea, lemon zest, and subtle licorice. Dry palate, with fine, lingering acidity. Firm, low intensity tannins on the longish finish (more acid-driven).
  
  This is very Burgundian and definitely a food wine. He palate is more expressive than the nose. This got a bit more tart over an hour of drinking.

  September 5, 2023 - From magnum. Orange peel and bubble gum. A decent, fruit-driven wine that lacks tension. Overall a bit simple and boring. Drinking at peak and I doubt it will get better.
