  October 15, 2022 - Decanted 2 hrs. Drank over 2 days. Day 2 was a good as day 1. Nice nose of cherry & dark fruits. Consistent tastes of cherry, dark fruits with hints of chocolate. Medium+ body. Well balanced blend.

  April 13, 2020 - For its youth, this one has a lot of complexity. Young, sweet black cherry cola and mixture of red and black licorice in the front and mid palate. Almost getting a hint of pomegranate with some mint. Some spiciness building towards the finish. This wine was very rounded on the front and finish both. Lots of weight on the mouthfeel, bordering on full-bodied. Finished with some sweeter tannin. Really nice wine. and still has a lot of growing to do. It will still do very well with a full spread, but might be a little more mature in a few years. If you have to drink now, I would probably let this one decant for about 2 hours, as we served this one more pop and pour and I really think it needed a little bit more air than what we gave it.

  October 31, 2019 - waited to open and had no real expectations. tasted and OH this is good and it is. young yes not huge yes but very balanced and smooth.
