May 4, 2016 - Still quite delicious. A bit more muted and subtle then before. The laser type acidity has given way to a more rounded flavor profile. Still wonderful flavors of lemon curd (even more curd now than before), honey/mead, cotton candy, white flowers/jasmine. Wonderful finish. This is lovely. I love old wines, and not sure if I would want to wait too much longer on this one, but what do i know!

October 17, 2012 - Nose is dominated by toasted bread and butter, oak is still very present, but nicely integrated. On the palate, the wine is fresh and alive with superb salty minerality and an animating acid. The finish is long and refreshing. This is a superb Bourgogne Chardonnay!
