July 23, 2022 - Not necessarily what one expect when drinking Côte de Beaune white. Fruit driven with an insane amount acidity and relatively light body making the finish impression seem somewhat inbetween sweet and tart. Not the dense subtle secondary/tertiary feel I was going for

October 2, 2021 - Pale; heavy reduction, took 10 minutes to become drinkable, 25 mins to clean up; crystalline, lean nervosity; bracing acidity, narrow; v long, driven finish. Rather unfriendly.

July 10, 2020 - A little reduction at first then fattened out. Great acidity, palate whetting - lime juice, green apple, lemon zest, ginger.

April 9, 2020 - Fantastic, lip smacking acidity and good concentration. Beautifully made.
