November 5, 2020 - Much better than the the previous bottle i drank out of a batch of 6. It had a very fine mousse, light yellow color and a nose of ripe yellow fruits, some vanilla, cream and was still fresh. Proved to be the perfect drink with shellfish.

February 9, 2020 - Nice and round big champagne - suprisingly approachable for 2012 - certainly can hold more years - lacking a bit of “extra” to be great but very good effort - much better then what the standard NV Brut would suggest

October 20, 2019 - Lovely nose of citrus, apple, slate, and brioche, nose was its best feature, same on the palate, medium/big body, tasty, touch simple, and along finish.
