January 13, 2019 - A blend of Semillon, Muscat and Riesling and spends a few days on skins. On lees for a year and then just juice for a year. Marmalade, ginger, preserved lemon and almond. A saline, dry white sherry like quality. A bit chalky in texture. Great intensity and length. Cracking wine.

January 2, 2019 - One of the best wines I've tried recently (and the best orange wines by a mile). Complexity, length and moorish.

November 10, 2018 - Lees, orange peel, ginger nose. Slightly saline, lovely citrus core that flows through the wine keeping it fresh, the rancio note is only a hint and doesn’t overpower as it can in some orange wines. A little stone fruit with some apricot and gently textured tannins. Very nice.
