November 5, 2023 - wonderful. smooth at the beginning and a little crisp at the finish.

    February 25, 2023 - Composite cork.

    Light gold in the glass.

Nose creamy/malo/lees; french oak; bit mineral/flinty; bit white burg; very slight floral; very slight tropical fruit.

Palate silky and balanced with good acid; bit grippy; very mineral; French oak; not a huge amount of identifiable fruit but some yellow apple/lemon curd character.

Super enjoyable; no huge rush to drink.

December 17, 2022 - Wine Club Holiday Party 2022: Pale straw/gold. Nose is somewhat reserved right now, showing creamy lemon and green apple. Palate more or less mirrors the nose to me. Wouldn't mind a bit more acidic punch. Just ok for me.

August 21, 2022 - Enjoyable chardonnay but nothing that special or memorable. Decently balanced and not overly oaky but also not acidic enough for my palate. Pretty fine given the price.

August 6, 2022 - Pale yellow color. Clear and clean in appearance. Nose is slightly reduced with a hint of match stick and flint followed by cool white fruit and flowers. On the palate, this has nice mouth feel with white orchard fruit balanced against a steely core of acidity. Some spice on the impressively powerful and long finish. The palate has more energy than I get from the nose and the white fruit blends to a spicy citrus driven mid-palate that is almost a little exotic. This has improved since I last tasted and likely will continue to despite my first assessment.
