April 28, 2020 - Popped and then poured after 30 minutes in the bottle. Oak and red fruit on the nose. On the palate, medium+ bodied, smooth red fruit, a hint of tobacco. Not very tannic. Medium- acidity during a finish that starts slow but works up to a pleasant surprise.

January 19, 2020 - Started of closed but with bouquet showing promise. Flinty and mineraly - dry. After decanting and 30min of time started opening nicely. Open to show hints of fruit (cherry?) as well as that rioja Terroir - to a degree.
The wine looks purple colored. The legs are fast. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like flint and mineral. It tastes like cherry, flint and mineral. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
January 17, 2020 - Very good paired with the right food. Smooth tannins and mellow flavor makes this wine pretty versatile. Went well with ham and pea soup and cheese and crackers.
December 6, 2019 - Medium body Rioja with pronounced aromas of dark fruits and allspice. Full black currant and white pepper notes on the palate with a long finish.
WE94 - excellent QPR.
October 27, 2019 - Nose is fantastic, very fruity, like a cherry hard candy. This one needs to breathe a bit, It opens up nicely after about an hour. Mouthfeel is light, wine shows some notes of oak and black cherry, but tart, deep flavors with a smaller mouthfeel yielding to a dry finish with a hint of pepper.
October 17, 2019 - I decanted this wine, and found it to be quite charming, much better than others have noted. Liked it so much after opening the first one I went out and purchased more. IMHO a very good everyday choice.
