June 13, 2020 - somewhat of an oaky mess for the first 45 minutes. started to come together at that point with some red fruit pulling through to mix with the oak. ok but wouldn't seek out

May 15, 2020 - An outstanding wine especially at this price.

February 28, 2020 - Fine substance and true to place, though not fully integrated. A touch less oak would have suited the delicate fruit better.

February 15, 2020 - Sunfish Cellars Burgundy & Oregon Tasting (Sunfish Cellars/I Nonni Minneapolis, MN): EArth, smoke, wood and some funk. A bit clunky of a wine. Hold.

January 28, 2020 - PnP and tasted over two nights with pretty consistent notes. Medium dark ruby. Nose is delicate with purple flowers. Menthol / window cleaner. Bit of pie crust after being in the glass 15-20 minutes. Rouded texture, with more blue and black fruit - black cherry - and a bit of medium dark cocoa. It's a little riper in style, but not sweet. Better at cellar temp than any warmer.
