December 26, 2021 - A Christmas Brunch treat. Initial crabapple notes blow off to reveal a melange of Red Delicious apple, clementine, apricot, almond, and brioche. Has a foot in both worlds (laser acidity, roundness/elegant), and was the wine of the day. Disgorged November 2019.

December 3, 2021 - Disgorged 6/18, 55% PN, 45% Chard, 7g/L RS; good richness and drive here, a medium weight but showing good overall balance; tasty.

November 1, 2021 - A vigorous, aggressive bead of bubbles upon opening, though the quality of the material does come out readily; Creamy, slightly lactic nose of more red skin apple that works well with lively acidity and bubbles. Medium+ to full-bodied, showing a bit of petrichor character as this warms up. Long powerful and lively today and needs some time to settle down. 92-93.

October 31, 2021 - Light straw color with VERY vigorous beading; appealing bright citrus nose, clean, ripe apple, lemon creme, petrichor; somehow both so fresh yet rich. Just a bit tough around the edges. Will no doubt relax and soften with 5+ years cellaring, could add 3-4 points with that.

March 21, 2021 - Creamy, brioche with good acidity, fine bubble and long finish. Really enjoyed it for the price. Would buy more

April 23, 2020 - Sourced entirely from Grand Cru vineyards, this straw-colored blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay sports a brisk tiny bead and very impressive aromatics. Stone fruits, pears, almonds, cocoa and bread dough are front and center on both the nose and palate. Vibrant on the mid-palate and closing with good length, this is an impressive Champagne that should be at its best over the next five years. Drink now-2025.
