May 2, 2020 - Beautiful, deep yellow- gold in color. Fresh nose of wild daisies, fleshy tangerine, white peach and melon rind. A very cool, refreshing palate that also brings passion fruit, crushed stones and sugar cane, as well as a subtle, bitter pithy quality on the finish. I love the chewy, almost tannic quality the Albana grape possesses. May seem rustic to some, but I love it. Great qpr. 100% Albana from about 12.5 acres of vines around Bertinoro. Mostly clay with some limestone. All stainless.About 2900 cases.
