November 20, 2019 - Crazy. We opened it before dinner and it was harsh, with wince-inducing puckerishness. I put it back the fridge and forgot about it. Four days later it was outstanding. To my palate, then, it needs time, but time is going to be awesome for it. Big recommendation.

August 9, 2019 - Light greenish yellow. Fresh nose coated in flowers, peaches and more white stone fruit. Well balanced acidity (6/10) and medium bodied. Similar notes on the palate with acidity and light tropical notes. Medium plus finish. Drink till 2021.

Light pale yellow. Fresh and fruity nose with aromas of honeysuckle, honey comb, kiwi and lychee. Medium acidity (6/10) and medium minus bodied. Nice weight on the palate without being overly heavy. Crisp and fresh with tropical and stone fruits. Minerality in the medium plus finish. Drink till 2022.
