October 9, 2022 - In der Nase verhalten reife Steinfrucht, eher weiß als gelb. Dazu recht nussig, fast Popcorn, etwas Butter, etwas Wachs und viel helle Floralität.
Am Gaumen deutlich cremig, recht warm, aber auch sehr würzig. Deutliches Holz auch hier, trägt aber sehr gut und die eher verhaltene Säure marmoriert sehr schön. Sehr guter mineralischer Kick.
Im Moment minimal antrocknend, ich denke nochmal 2 Jahre warten könnte lohnen.1 person found this helpful Comment -

April 20, 2022 - Very intense wine with a sweetness that almost suggests late harvest. Citrusconfit, good acidity, spice, balance and harmony. Could go on. AD loved it.
