August 14, 2019 - Clear, pale straw with copious amounts of small bubbles. Macintosh apple, oak, yeast. Low acids, very low tannins, very slightly sweet. Pomelo. Short balanced finish.
March 8, 2019 - Really excellent for a domestic sparkling wine; the extended lees contact seems to have added numerous layers of complexity and depth. Toast, citrus, spice... Gorgeous length and texture. I would be curious to see how this ages.
