February 2, 2021 - This briny and complex Italian white blend is drinking well right now, with energy and class. Light yellow in color; medium in body; aromas of lemon rind, ocean air, and gooseberry. Flavors of lime curd, golden delicious apple, and saline, with a lively, almost spritzy finish. As always, a fantastic value. Blend of 44% Tocai Friulano, 29% Ribolla Gialla, and 27% Chardonnay. 13.5% alcohol. Drink in next year or so.

July 16, 2020 - 44% Friulano, 29% Ribolla, 37% Chardonnay. Produced and bottled in Italy.

Color is very clear, with just the slightest tint of straw yellow with a little green depending on the viewing angle. Nose is very fresh. Lots of citrus and light floral/spring herbal notes.

First sip, a mixture of limey-acid, with a softness to the texture, finishing with very light floral notes. The acid lingers on the sides and a little bit or the other flavors on the tip of the tongue.

About 2 hours in, some grapefruit and melon start to appear to balance the acidity.

Not terribly complex, complimented sous vide sea bass fine, good for a warm summer evening.

April 26, 2020 - Drinking wonderfully now. We opened this bottle on a warm spring evening to enjoy poolside and pair with asparagus (which definitely worked). Nice stone fruits and tropical banana. Great stuff

September 14, 2019 - Consistent with previous bottles. Light floral notes. Nice concentration of citrus and white stone fruit flavors. Good acidity and very food friendly. After having multiple bottles of each, I prefer the Annia blend.

August 3, 2019 - Consistent with previous bottle. Took a little while to open up but very perfumed and fruity. Nice wine that paired well with assorted grilled seafood.
