April 29, 2021 - Started off as a deep, dark concentrated Chianti. Maybe not my style but enjoyable. As it opened up seemed to be more noticeably corked. Doh!
March 21, 2021 - Ooh! Rich dark cherry and spicy oak right out of the gate. Very flavorful through day 2, and a full range of flavor and textures. Fruit tastes both ripe and tart. Definitely want to try this again.
November 19, 2019 - Good food friendly wine at a reasonable price. Nice balance of acidity and fruit.
June 9, 2019 - Fantastic value. Nice fragrance, good fruit, concentrated flavor. Great with pesto.
May 26, 2019 - Darker purple to black wine, clean not dirty. Soft suttle initially, harsher hot swallow with underlying fruit notes. Letting wine breath seems to reduce harsh aftertaste. Consumed with venison roast. Plumb, black pepper notes.
