  December 11, 2010 - Pineapple lemon and honey on the nose. Vanilla spices on mid palate. Medium + finish...Lemon and orange zest mixed in honey at the end. Nice and simple Sauternes.

  December 6, 2009 - Lots of oak on the nose, large but integrated. Loads of vanilla bean. Lots of vanilla from the oak on the palate with nice but light fruit, nice sweetness, it's in a place I like it, not to much, not to little. Awkward on the transition into the finish with bitter acidity but nice sweetness backing that up. A really nice drink for $20, wish I had more.

  December 6, 2009 - Lemon rind, butterscotch, and some lime on the nose. Nice, lighter sweetness on the front with bright fruit traveling across the palate. Some great vanilla flavors come through, but they're pretty well integrated with everything else. I'm really liking the orange note that comes in and lingers well with vanilla out on the finish.
