January 1, 2023 - Light golden straw color. Cool white fruit notes on the nose. Apple, pear. Some sea breeze/oyster shell freshness, but this is fairly ripe and fruit driven on the nose. A little citrus (lemon). On the palate, this really shines. Textured and with great energy and vibrancy. Crisp green apple and lemon/Seville orange citrus notes. Integrated but high acid that is balanced by the ripe fruit. dry extract on the mid palate gives this grip as well. Wow this is delicious right now but very young. Alcohol is in check at 12.5%. Impressive length on the chalky, citrus driven, and slightly spicy finish that just lingers for minutes. Very impressive.

September 26, 2022 - Over two years since my last bottle, and this is still extremely youthful. The acidity is very racy, and the fruit is a little subdued. After being open for a hours, it started to show the textbook Chablis minerals and slightly fatty woolliness. I'll be saving my remaining 4 bottles another few years, and drink up by 2027-ish.
