September 5, 2021 - One of their flagship Pinots….very floral notes on the nose with beautiful strawberry, cherry, and vanilla notes with a tinge of oak on the palate. Certainly slightly higher in alcohol even though originating from a cooler climate area. Has that black pepper and BBQ smoke that I truly love in Pinots on the finish. This was really enjoyable and another wonderful bottle of Landmark Pinot. Their wines are almost always so consistent. I have one more from this vintage that I will look to drink soon to ensure I enjoy it at this same level.
May 23, 2020 - Delicious layers of black Cherry and spice with subtle mushroom aromas. Slightly sweet on the palate but the medium tannins balance it well. Drinking well now.
July 1, 2019 - Very light.
February 9, 2019 - Had with pork loin. Light fruit nose, taste tart cherry, light spice with balanced tannins. Finish is medium length with smooth fruit and light tannins.
July 27, 2018 - IPNC Weekend 2018; 7/26/2018-8/2/2018 (Linfield College, McMinnville, OR): Tasting pour. Nose much better than the palate; earth, floral, cherry. Not one of my favorites, but maybe some time..
April 15, 2017 - A favorite. Subtle Provençal spice with present but not overripe fruit.
