October 30, 2021 - No formal tasting notes but per usual it's a great syrah!
October 6, 2021 - Coravin pour. Opened fairly tight and tannic, but an hour of air really mellowed things out and allowed the wine to show its stuff. Dark black and blue fruits, silky texture, spiced vanilla, and a long delicious finish. Gotta love GC!
September 4, 2021 - Amazing wine, opened tight so you have to give this some time but after 60 min it really started to sing. This has some real nice layers to it and a long finish.
July 18, 2020 - Smooth and fruitful
June 11, 2020 - Last review was notes from sampling at the winery. This one is a purchased bottle, opened about 8 months later. Refined wine, very nice, and in balance. Subdued tannins. Didn't pick up a lot of fruit this time.
