March 12, 2021 - Light bodied, and structured in a way that went great with pizza. Floral and cherry nose. Black cherry predominates. Acid was controlled and the tannins were fine grained and a bit drying on a medium-long finish.

September 27, 2019 - I had this a week back, and it was a good, straight-forward dolcetto with sour cherry, mediterranean spices, sandy tannins and vitalizing acidity. Good wih food like pork and chicken.

Appearance is clear, pale intensity, purplish ruby colour. Legs.
Nose medium+ intensity, with aromas of reduction, red perfume and candied red cherries. Very youthful.
On the palate, dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), mouth-coating high tannins, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of re candy, simple red cherries, red plum. Medium finish.
Acceptable quality. Food wine for the meal on the table. Inoffensive once reduction blows off. Don't think too hard.
