  July 28, 2019 - July 2019 Trip to the Finger Lakes; 7/27/2019-7/28/2019 (Seneca Lake): Tasted at the winery at the end of an (extremely) long flight hosted by 'Vintage Neal.'
  
  Small bubbles, very soft mousse. Bready--brioche and toast. Lemon lime. Mineral. Very champagne-like, and an angular, lean champagne at that. I'd love to try this with a few more years on it, to help the acid integrate and let the whole thing round out a little more.

  July 19, 2019 - FLX TRIP NOTES; 7/4/2019-7/31/2019: toast, white flowers, very classic on the nose, bright citrus mid palate, ripe lemon curd, spicy and juicy, refreshing finish with zest.

  February 23, 2019 - Nice color. The nose shows toasty aromas of minerals, cherry blossom, pear, orchard fruits and a hint of smokiness. This is medium bodied on the palate with very good concentration and serious class. Very well made. The fairly long finish features a chalky mineral element.
