July 1, 2021 - What a stunner! Smooth as silk, but wonderfully powerful and elegant

June 8, 2021 - Fantastic! Really in a sweet spot right now. Picked up some meaty characteristics, like smoked or cured. Went great with a beef brisket.

March 25, 2021 - A very meaty and rich wine. Great layers and nice finish. Delicious!

March 12, 2021 - Blackberries, plums, blueberries, chocolate, earthy.

January 23, 2021 - Obviously still very young. Meaty wine here even with a decant. Black cherry, blackberry, dark plum, and blueberry fruit. Creamy texture and very extracted. Notes of earth, graphite, black licorice, dark chocolate. Long finish...just needs time. My understanding is that this vintage was the last as this fruit will now be going into the Oubile Cuvee.
