  January 19, 2020 - This is consistently such a great white wine. Full of acidity, slight effervescence and citrus fruits. So perfect with any sort of seafood. It's a winner!

  May 21, 2019 - I really like the bottle design here, FWIW; the paisley carrying through to the cap and postage stamp edge cut on the label are nice details. Light yellow color hinting towards green. Aromas of lemon meringue, cotton candy, orange peel, lime, underripe mango, white flowers, and wet slate. Medium(+) to full body, medium(+) acidity and finish, with a citrus driven palate of lemon, lime, tangerine, mandarin orange, and grapefruit, along with some lemon lime soda and minerality. Pair this with your usual albariño fare, i.e. fish, shellfish, raw bar, light and bright salads, and warm weather quaffing.
