  July 18, 2009 - A: Almost black, blueberry juice.
  N: Rich, strong blueberrry syrup. Cinnmon and apple wood smoked bacon. Minced meat pie with maple syrup ( sounds like a good breakfast wine)
  T: Holy Sh*t! Punch in the mouth. Red apple and jam. Solid heat and mouth feel.
  F: Fruit and sppice closing in sweet powdered sugar. 30 second finish.
  Overall : I should not rate Biale wines, I am far too biased. They are nearly perfect zins.

  June 2, 2008 - Deep garnet color with purple throughout. Subdude dusty nose of blackberry jam, earth and white pepper. Medium bodied mouthfeel full of black pepper, dark cherries, blackberries and a bit of heat...even after two hours. Finish lingers for ten seconds or more, but gives off more heat than flavor...ending in a soft tartness.
