Community Tasting Notes 1

June 8, 2021 - Bottle brought to drink during service at Oinoscent.
The wine shows clear golden colour.
The wine shows medium intensity, cooked apples and pear, quince and a hint of honey with a few volatile notes in the back.
In the palate, the wine shows the same character, overripe citrus, yellow apple, high acidity, minerality, medium body and long quince-infused finish.
First time trying Chinon Blanc so I didn't know what to expect. Is it the style of the wine or borderline oxidised ?
