January 4, 2024 - Wow. Not what I expected. This had all the aromatic elements of gewurtz, but felt a bit more lifted and high-toned. I really loved it. It changed in the glass every few minutes. Very complex. I'd love to drink more of these.

October 26, 2023 - Bought at Sonora tasting room April this year. 6 years has proven to be a little too long for this. Not over the hill, but it has thinned out just a bit. Fruit nice, a tad sweet but that could be because of it’s floral nature and/or age. Acidity mostly mia.
Would love to taste a recent vintage to compare. Do love Bedrock’s business model.

December 28, 2022 - I'm not much of a white wine drinker, and I certainly do not enjoy a sweet Gewurtztraminer, but this one was truly exceptional. We brought it to pair with a lovely lobster dinner with friends and it was a hit. So different from other Gewurtz's I've sampled. Too bad that we can't buy it here in Minnesota.

August 28, 2022 - Nice but not great. This particular bottle had a bitterness to the acidity, not at all what we remembered from the winery and not up to the Riesling from bedrock we recently had. Maybe just bottle variation

September 4, 2020 - This is a very good Gewurtztraminer from Bedrock. We had it with Thai food on a summer evening and enjoyed the pairing. I agree with another reviewer that it is not the very best Gewurtz I’ve ever had, but it is a VERY good expression of this grape.

May 22, 2020 - Short note, informally consumed during a power failure with Chinese stir fry. Drier style (fermented to about 13.5%), medium plus acidity, color (by battery-powered light) not overly deep, shows lack of “overdoing” it. Correct flavors, but less personality than a quality Alsatian Gewurz. However, well made subtle but not boring style: would buy again for pairing with food. Needs a good chill, less appealing warmer, but that is not a flaw.

May 11, 2020 - Wow. This was the best domestic Gewurz I've had in a very long time. No dish soap!! Excellent with Asian food. Such a nice acidity and restraint. Pleasantly surprised. Bedrock keeps upping their game!

April 18, 2020 - Nice, fruity wine from Bedrock. Went well with food, didn't feel bad breaking it out with a weeknight meal.
