July 30, 2017 - Still OK, but slightly over the top

October 11, 2014 - Must have just taken more time. Great improvement in 2 years. Huge nose, good spice, chewy finish. Dark tobacco & pepper notes. Patience helps.

May 23, 2012 - On the nose there's baked black plums, black cherry, sweaty socks, slightly gamey & menthol ~ The palate is big & rich with soft acids & moderate tannins with flavors of black pepper, cassis, ripe plums & bramble fruits ~ An enjoyable Aussie Shiraz but probably better 2 years ago. Now it's a bit muddled & 1 dimensional

February 20, 2012 - Holding in very well if a bit more mellow than previous bottles. Solid pepper and spice notes on the nose and a solid fruit core on the palate. Casual drinking but a very good offering.

May 29, 2011 - Dark, amber hues, (age)
    Mocca(chocolate, coffee), coconut (?),
    Spices
    Tannins are soft yet present.
There is a long berries+brunt wood finish.
    Caramel.
Rich, very new world. Tastes good but not very elegant (balance)
Very nice - big steak wine
