  November 26, 2021 - PnP.Three years after the first bottle, it is still pretty tight. It opened up after about an hour. Cherry, toasted oak, cassis, black tea, tar. After opening started to reveal some tobacco notes and additional complexity. Wait another year or two for the next bottle.

  December 12, 2020 - A discovery when I was out in Woodinville in 2019. This boutique producer has a great touch with their wines. Hands off approach allows the wines to express themselves as intended. Medium bodied wine with well integrated tannins and good acidity.
  
  Notes of medium dark fruits, spice and freshness to the wine. Ready to drink now but could possibly develop a bit more.
  
  Better on day two.

  March 6, 2020 - Dark spicy fruit blended with earth and spice into a luscious full bodied, dry wine. The pepper/spice and black fruit are so nicely blended and layered; the result is a very tasty wine. This is certainly ready to drink right now.
