Community Tasting Notes 1

February 22, 2019 - Not decanted, consumed over ~1 1/2 hours. Pale to medium ruby in the glass, with a core of cherry juice and wild strawberry complemented by just a touch of brush or herbs on the palate. The fruit was more subdued on the nose, giving a sense of wet stone, and I got fleeting whiffs of something gently herbal or floral (fennel? jasmine, maybe?).
