January 15, 2021 - I am becoming a bigger and bigger fan of the Cotes line of wine. They just shine! This is grenache based and has just a great range of foods it goes with. This wine had that beautiful grenache sparkle in the color. Just wonderfully balanced wine.

December 12, 2020 - Over two days. Light and yet very pretty and well balanced bouquet. Fruit forward, as expected, yet backed by appealing substance. Similar on the palate, quite well rounded and balanced. Hoped for improvement on the second day, which did not materialize. Instead, it held the same form as the first day. This, in all things balanced wine, pays fine tribute to its Old World roots.

December 9, 2020 - Might be the best TC Cotes I’ve ever had. Hard to believe this is from that vintage’s lesser barrels. Medium bodied; would pair with a variety of dishes — from roasted chicken to salmon to lighter beef entrees. Elegant, with a floral bouquet and wild strawberries, pipe tobacco and earthy notes on the palate and finish. A bargain at the $30 we paid for it. Should have bought more. Outstanding.

November 19, 2020 - As always, a great TCV wine. Always hard to believe this "lower" end wines are made with the rejects from the Panapolie and Esprit.

November 16, 2020 - Nose red cherry and strawberry, light tobacco, and earth. Mouth nice fruit-forward pepper spice and black cherry and dark plum. Medium to Medium-plus tannins smooth and medium acidity with a nice medium finish.
