December 30, 2016 - Prend un bon 5-10 minutes à s'ouvrir. Le tout est un peu pêle-mêle au départ. Une fois ouvert, ou retrouve davantage la cerise noire et autre notes plus typiques. Beaucoup de matière, mais manque peut-être un peu de finesse.

November 21, 2007 - Pale garnet, mahogany tints, wide rim. Evolved nose with slightly stewed spicy red cherry fruit, hints of truffle and game. Mellow, savoury spicy cherry palate, again truffle and game notes, keen acidity, then distinct chalky minerals on the nicely lingering, if slightly tannic finish. Good, honest if slightly rustic mature burgundy which may still have some improvement in it. Nicely matched with pork chops.
