March 18, 2021 - Light gold color. Drank a glass with dinner. Bought this to use for cooking, but ended up drinking some of it too. Trying to decide how I feel about this. I prefer the nose somewhat, with pear, baking spices, apple and vanilla. The palate is more heavy handed, though this is a style that many will appreciate far more than me. I find this oddly hollow in the middle, despite it having at least a medium full body and a very buttery, vanilla infused style. Fairly sharp and spicy on the back end with what I would consider more heavy handed oak influences. Fruti is more pear with some apple and citrus nuances. Not my style, but this will be a crowd pleaser for many and at a reasonable price point.

December 27, 2019 - Year after year, this wine consistently delivers high-quality Chardonnay at reasonable prices. Nice color, apple-filled nose, a nice balance between fruit and oak. Decent acidity, but not overly crisp. Medium-bodied, decent depth of flavor, and a smooth finish. This wine pairs well with food, but can also serve as a nice sipping wine if company drops by unexpectedly. Offers very good value for the price.

December 11, 2019 - A great everyday wine from Sonoma. Much better in my opinion than the new 3 county version. Hopefully, the all Sonoma blend continues into the future...

November 12, 2019 - Our first Rodney Strong Chard. Decent balance, good QPR.

October 9, 2019 - Open, fragrant, medium-high intensity nose that has buttery, vanilla, baked apple, pear, and butterscotch aromas and flavours. A touch sweet with butterscotch flavours becoming more prominent on the medium+ bodied, creamy palate. It has very good acids and finishes long. Score: 88+ pts
