  May 14, 2023 - Floral and autumnal nose. Understated and graceful, with cherry fruit, violet, mushroom, tilled earth. Perfect with steak of veal. In its prime, drink within 2-3 years.

  December 17, 2021 - D+0h: no deposit in the filter nor in the bottle, smells of cherry and raspberry D+4h: purple red, smells of smoke, cherry and eucalyptus, medium body, smooth in the mouth, dry, but not in in tart way, in the mouth smoke, raspberry (or is sour cherry?) and blackberry, in the aftertaste smoke, blackberry and cherry, good length (30 sec). Really great Chianti for the price. Much, much better than two years ago. And actually much better than the 2016 Brolio Chianti Classico I tasted recently.

  January 23, 2021 - Still showing nicely. A bit muted on day 1. Nice balance, on the lighter side but fun enough. Good year, better than others I've had.
  
  Prominent dark red fruit still and secondaries are increasing. Seems like it has a year or two more...or it's entering a sleep, maybe? Drinking beautifully now and a great QPR.
