December 2, 2018 - Nose: Quite briary with subtle forest floor attributes and cherry aromas. Palate: Really balanced with good acid levels and flavors of cherries with a medium length, elegant finish. Very solid cellar defender at only $16/bottle on sale. Alc level is only 13.8% which is fairly rare in new world Pinot.

Addendum: After more air time (last glass) this exhibited fresh mint and more expressive forest floor on the nose. Next bottle will see an hour or longer decant verus the slow ox on this one. Score now 91 points.
