October 4, 2021 - Currently the acid needs to mellow a bit more for my liking. Great concentration w/ classic citrus dominated fruit & minerality. Needs time. Give it lot of air in lieu of btl aging. Got better with more air and less chill.

December 5, 2019 - Honey, crisp melon on the nose. Nice acidity, bright flavors, lemon zest on the palate.
