March 6, 2019 - Pale yellow color. Aromas of pear, green apple, lime, and slate. Pretty full body and bright acidity zapping your mouth right on the attack and giving a suggestion of effervescence. The finish is medium, but it gets teased out a bit with lingering minerality and tingling from the acidity. The flavors are pear, green apple, lime, and minerals. It's pretty straightforward juice, but well suited to its purpose, which is pairing with oysters, shellfish, seafood, lemony sauces, and salads. 86-87

December 14, 2018 - The color is a pale lemon, clean nose with medium intensity. Primary aromas of elderflower, green apple, and grapefruit. This wine is dry with high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body and medium flavor intensity. It is steelly with flavors of lemon, apple and grapefruit. The finish is medium.
