March 23, 2024 - Quintessential mid aged village Chablis from a top year. Hay coloured, mid weight palate with excellent depth of Chardonnay fruit with that crisp oystery finish. Excellent length still quite fresh. Drink over next 3-5 years I reckon. Compared to later years 2017 is soo Chablis.

April 11, 2022 - Filling out quite quickly both in colour and texture on the palate. Initially seemed a bit broad but with quite a bit of air it tightened up. Nice freshness. Ready to drink I reckon

January 30, 2019 - Sealed under screwcap this one is classic Chablis. It smells of wet stones with a squeeze of lemon juice over the top. It is fresh, flinty and textural. With a perfect balance between fruit and geological matter. It has good cut to the finish.
