February 28, 2024 - Opened this after dinner for about an hour in the glass before drinking. We painted some window frames while waiting to drink. Overall, an excellent wine.
    Color: Maroon, with brown edges
Bouquet: Complex. Boozy. Dankness. Nose strongly of port, red fruit, currants/blackberries, tobacco.
Palate: Port. Nicely structured tannins, that are long lasting.
Finish: Subtle. Long finish. Mostly berry. My wife says that tartness is what sticks with you.

February 4, 2024 - Quick decant. Nose of wild raspberries, roses, and some kirsch. Subdued palate delivers dark plum, black cherry, and milk chocolate paired with light lavender and mineral elements. Sweet purple fruits appear on the finish with thyme, fresh sage, dates, and chewy tannins leading to oak.

October 8, 2023 - 100% Greanche. From the first glass and without having to wait to open up, this is excellent! Blackand Blue fruits, floral notes, spices and minerality all over the glass. Very expressive nose. Full bodied, powerful, ripe, silky with great depth and concntration, it drinks beautiful today, already. Massive but so well integrated tannins. Very long finish.

May 26, 2023 - Another of a case which is evaporating - deliciously rich dry vintage port - in a good way - the alcohol is heavily cloaked with sweet ripe red fruit melange and enormous extract - prodigious tannins drenched and velvety soft yet peppery too. Lovely mix of fresh density while retaining a litheness - like a 255 lb linebacker who while juking through the entire other side tiptoes the last 10 yds for a pick six punctuating it with nice dance moves in the end zone celebration.

January 2, 2023 - Unlike last bottle tasted ~ 1 year ago, this wine really needed air. Very tight on opening - decant if you open now. With air, garrigue, raspberry, scrub/pine and dark cherry flavor profile. Medium+ body, medium+ acidity, medium tannins and very long finish. 93+/-

December 5, 2021 - Notes 15 minutes after opening - continued to improve with air. Light red, clear color. Great nose - glycerin, red raspberry, strawberry, garrigue and licorice. Rich on palate with medium+ body, medium+ acidity and low tannins. Very long finish. Flavor profile more fruit primary than nose but got better with air. Loved this. I prefer this to the VV. 93-94

will try and buy some more.
