  March 4, 2013 - Strong tight vintage, leather and dark berries, Bordeaux-like, my favourite along with the -98 vintage but this is more dense and powerful.

  January 10, 2011 - Perfectly integrated and drinking superbly now, one would almost certainly identify this as Pauilliac if tasted blind. The nose is cherries, leather and flowers. Rich, complex and smooh, with the Merlot contributing a beautiful sweetness that complements the Cab S. The finish lasts forever. The best Gusto di Notri I've had, perhpas the best bordeaux blend super tuscan. Nothing to suggest this is on its way downhill yet, but there's no reason to wait, either.

  December 24, 2010 - Beautiful and classical mature wine with ripe fruits and a firm amount of pleasant sweetness. Also good acidity and tannin. Not really an aristocratic wine, but certainly a good old friend which is a great pleasure to meet.
