January 9, 2024 - Mrs. TLV wanted Champagne and this was close at hand. No recollection of buying these, or opening them, but have now consumed three of them in the last month, so I figured it was time for a note. Very aggressive mousse with medium bead. Citrus and ginger with a bit of melon as well. Great qpr here.
December 31, 2023 - Best this has shown yet, outstanding balance, much more elegant than a year ago.
October 11, 2023 - Retail $55. 100% Chardonnay. Since my wife popped a bottle of this while I was out of town, I figured I would catch up when she was away at orchestra rehearsal (yes, my wife is an annoying over-achiever). Once again, this is a stellar champagne with similar notes. 92 Points.

October 11, 2023 - Retail $55. 100% Chardonnay. We bought a ton of this wine and I am very happy that we did, it's fantastic, but my b$%#@ wife drank one while I was out of town. She claimed she would write a tasting note, but that has yet to happen. And the bottle is empty. Good thing she is so beautiful and benevolent. What did you think I meant with "b$%#@"?

September 16, 2023 - Just delightful! Everything as it should be. Big, persistent bubbles. Classy, caressing textures, wonderful balance. The wine changes inflection throughout. The finish grips and holds a long, pleasant while. A touch more of anything would have put it over the top. It begs to be enjoyed around 50 degrees (10 C). Exceptional QPR!
September 10, 2023 - Very clean - lots of flinty mineral, some hay, some yeasty biscuit. Medium long finish, nicely balanced acidity. Great value!
July 5, 2023 - This is a great value champagne. Love it. Has an aromatic profile of yeast, brioche & white fruit; with acidity and snappiness on the palate, this is a go-to bottle.
July 4, 2023 - Another 8 months on the cork did wonders for this. Picked up a lot of additional complexity, especially a healthy dose of chalky limestone.
June 30, 2023 - Retail $55. 100% Chardonnay. We have been blowing through these like Kleenex during COVID. Similar notes. Wonderful.
