December 11, 2023 - Pale gold color. Smoky gooseberry and lemongrass bouquet. On the palate, no oxidation, good concentration and balance. Concentrated flavors of lemon, lime, other citurs, gooseberry, lemongrass. Still with good acidity on the mid palate and long finish. Unbelievable. Still with life ahead of it. Seems even more complex with a slight drop in the acid. A must try if you can find some. Of note, small amount left in the bottle to retry 1 and 2 nights later and kept out of the fridge and it was still good!!!

May 8, 2022 - AMAZING! Not ageing, but holding plateau. The greatest kosher Sancerre by miles and miles. Pale straw to light gold color. Explosive concentrated citrus, lemongrass, gooseberry, key lime bouquet. Concentrated fresh lively flavors of lemongrass, gooseberry, citrus, minerals, slate, loads of acid. LONG, LONG finish. Great balance. Still with lots of youthful fruit and no oxidation. How long can this wine hold up???? Amazing and a must try. I wish they would make this kosher every year (or at least every few years).

November 30, 2021 - What a shame. The bouquet and palate has a hint of corked nature. You can smell and taste the classic Sauvignon Blanc but its tainted enough to make it not enjoyable even though drinkable. Still with good flavors, youth and acidity. Despite its flaw, you can still tell this is a wine that is holding up well. Definitely try in the new year when its 10 years old. Bummer
