  April 20, 2021 - Casual White Burgundy (Yang Ming Seafood): Out of all the wines tonight, this would be most archetypal Burg. Any Burg lover could call this blind without a shadow of a doubt. Similar to the Roulot, some citrus and green fruits but this had much better vibrancy and acidity. Impressive weight for a Bourgogne.

  May 30, 2020 - Saturday hangout (socially distanced) (Chicago, IL): This is a perennial winner in my book. Besides the name on the label, this is not a fancy wine, but it is damn delicious chardonnay. I've generally avoided buying whites from red houses and reds from white houses, but this bottling is one that I do pick up because it does tend to represent a pretty good value. A richer, more rounded wine on the palate with more of a stone fruit inflection, but with the acidity needed to keep this fresh and tasty.

  September 1, 2019 - Really good white burgundy. I am not sure it is worth the hype/rarity for this particular bottling, but it is definitely tasty. Crunchy nectarine, sea salt, mild cheese rind.
