September 16, 2022 - Brown apples on the nose, pepper
Light, very fruity, proper cider taste here, even a little funk,
Not trying to be Cognac and all the better for it.
    Apple city.

July 2, 2020 - This is a very good young Calvados. Mellow and lots of apple flavour. Nice finish.

December 5, 2019 - À la Tienne!; 12/4/2019-12/7/2019 (Paris - France): Apple baked with caramel and balsamic notes that clean your nose. In the mouth it lacks balance but it is soft and digestive.
After Justino's Madeira this drink is very scarce.

Manzana horneada con caramelo y notas balsámicas que despejan tu nariz. En boca falta equilibrio pero es suave y digestivo.
Después del Madeira el pobre se queda muy escaso.
