Tasted non blind.
Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of perfume, white pepper, spearmint and mixed berries. Flavors of chocolate mousse, plums and black berries. Medium acidity, medium tannin, full bodied. Drink now with air or continue to hold. -

November 27, 2020 - Light funky barnyard on nose. Dry, rounded acidity, taut tannins, tart fresh red fruits on palate again with a horsey tinge.
